For the voice of our society’s spirit

As any single spirit like me, who - by the mercy of the Supreme - was able to take my destiny into my own hands and heal from relationship addiction, the society, which collectively also shows symptoms of addiction, may also able to do so. The recipe on a small and big scale is the same. Similarly, as in my journey I attune myself almost cell by cell to the clear vibrations, voice of my spirit, the society can also renew and heal itself individual by individual, based on the harmony of the spirit of all of us. Even thought there was no prior example in the known history. If there is spontaneous healing at individual level, it may exist at a collective level as well. This can happen along with the renewal of our current systems, structures, institutions (e. g. education, health-or legal system, etc.) which in their current form just make transformation more difficult.  

Environmental law already exists all around the globe. One of the key elements in the functionality of this specific field of legal regulation, that it takes into account the ecosystem itself, its dynamic and complex nature. Similarly, for the legal regulation in general, which try to influence human behaviors, it is necessary to guide people not only on the basis that they are biological and intellectual beings, but also as they are coherent biological, emotional, intellectual and spiritual beings. Thus, to take into account all aspects of our being, in a holistic way. Moreover, taking into account that everything within and around us is completely vivid and continuously changing-renewing, the legal regulation also should take into account that life and environment are completely personal, sensitive, dynamic that always need fresh eyes and revelation. These can be fundamental theses of a renewed legal system which is based on an integrative worldview. I write and publish academic articles regarding this topic in Hungarian and English. I would like to collect them here, as well as the titles of my conference presentations in this topic.
